AuToFF

AuToFF is a visual force field auxiliary tool that enables easy modeling and generation of force field topology files. It allows users to obtain force field topology files for molecular dynamics calculation software or modeling tools in a one-stop manner. In terms of input files, it significantly lowers the threshold for users to conduct molecular dynamics simulations, thereby enabling molecular dynamics simulations to play an increasingly important role in research fields such as medicine, biochemistry, polymers, solutions, and materials science.
